What the service does

Postuur lets you upload or import photos, generate captions with AI assistance, schedule posts, and publish content to an Instagram Business account.

The service can also connect to Dropbox for media importing and to Instagram through the Instagram Graph API for publishing.

Caption generation is handled through OpenAI. Subscription billing is handled through Stripe.

Your account

Accounts are personal and intended for a single user unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens through your connected accounts.

If you connect an Instagram Business account, you confirm that you have the authority to publish content through that account.

You remain responsible for the content you upload, generate, edit, schedule, and publish through Postuur.

Acceptable use

Postuur cannot be used for illegal content, spam, impersonation, harassment, copyright infringement, or activity that violates Instagram or Meta platform rules.

You retain ownership of the content you upload and publish.

Postuur acts as a publishing tool on your behalf. We do not claim ownership over your photos, captions, or scheduled content.

We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the platform, attempt to disrupt the service, or create legal or operational risk for other users or connected providers.

Payment

Postuur currently offers a single subscription plan priced at €49 per month.

New accounts may include a 14-day in-app trial before billing starts.

Billing, subscription management, invoices, and cancellations are handled through Stripe.

There is no long-term contract. You can cancel your subscription through the Stripe billing portal at any time. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. Postuur does not receive or store card details.

Termination

You can stop using Postuur and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is used in a way that violates these terms, violates applicable law, creates abuse against third-party platforms, or creates operational or security risks.

Termination may also happen if connected third-party services become unavailable or revoke required platform access.

Disclaimer and liability

Postuur is provided as-is.

We try to keep the service stable, secure, and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, successful publishing, or permanent compatibility with third-party platforms such as Instagram, Meta, Dropbox, OpenAI, or Stripe.

Social platform APIs change frequently. Features may stop working temporarily or permanently because of changes outside Postuur's control.

To the extent permitted under Belgian law, Postuur's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the product evolves.

If a change materially affects how the service works or how user data is handled, registered users will be notified by email or through the app.

The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page together with the updated revision date.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law.

Any dispute relating to Postuur or these terms falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
